South African singer/songwriter Karah has just released her latest single, Dance of Life, on 23 March 2023.

The song was produced by Franco Gagiano of Upper Room Studios, who blended the recordings of live band musicians with some orchestration to create a magical and romantic feel.

But Dance of Life is more than just a love song. According to Karah, the song is about a life-long romantic relationship, whether with God or a spouse. It deals with the struggles she has had with submission, to God and to her husband. In the song, Karah uses the metaphor of a dancing couple to illustrate why God made the husband the head of the relationship.

Karah explains that in dance, only one partner can lead, or else it doesn’t work. The leader is responsible for directing the dance, ensuring that there are no crashes with other couples, and the led partner needs to relinquish their will to the leader and focus only on the pressure of the leader’s hand to know in which direction to go. Karah believes this makes for a beautiful and enjoyable dance, just as submission to God and one’s spouse can lead to a fulfilling and loving relationship.

Together, they have created a song that is musically beautiful and carries a powerful message about love, submission, and the dance of life.

Karah’s latest single is a testament to her talent as a singer and songwriter, as well as her ability to use music to convey meaningful messages. With Dance of Life, she has delivered a powerful message about love and submission that will resonate with listeners, regardless of their beliefs or relationship status.
